Payment:

1. We usually accept the payment by Alipay and paypal or Western Union and bank transfer.

2. Payment must be made within 48 hours after placing the order so that it can make sure you can receive the goods in time.



Shipment:

1. We usually use China post air mail/E-pack and Russia air mail to ship the goods most countries in the world with free shipping .Except some remote countries and area.

2. As usual ,The China post air mail need 15-50 business days to reach ,E-pack need 15 business days and the Russia air mail need 30  business days .But because of the distance of different countries and other policy .It may need more time.

3. We can also provide the DHL/Aramex/Fedex door to door delivery service .It usually need 5-7 business days to reach you .If you need these express please choose it and pay the freight.

4. Your goods will be sent out within 1-3 days when the money be confirmed.



Return & Refund:

1. If you are unsatisfied with our goods you can apply to return or refund within 7 days after you received the goods.

2. If the goods you have received not the same with the description or have any quality problem please offer the evidence .We will give you another new goods with your next order or we can give you a reasonable refund.

3. If you want to return the goods back just because you personal reason then you need to pay the freight.



Tariff:

1.    Your goods are usually with low price declaration for export .Such as $1, or free sample/free gift, usually won’t cause the tariff.

2.    The price of the goods is not including the tariff. If some of the countries customs need to take the tariff the buyer need to pay it.
